Billing questions
What counts as a package?
A finished appraisal or a finished review (RAS). Drafts are free and unlimited; a package counts once, when it is first finished. On the paid plan there is no limit at all.
Is it really unlimited users?
Yes. The price is per firm, not per person. Invite every appraiser, reviewer and assistant you have; every package needs a second reviewer to approve it anyway.
Monthly or annual?
$399 a month, or $3,990 a year paid annually, which saves $798. You choose when you subscribe in Billing.
How do I pay, and do I get invoices?
By card, through Stripe. Billing in SwiftAppraise opens your Stripe billing page, where you can update the card and download every invoice.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Download your packages before you go.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your projects stay where they are and you can still open and download them. Finishing new packages needs the subscription.
